Harry Styles is a British singer who became well-known as the finalist of the musical project The X-factor and the leading singer of the group “One Direction”. The British music group has been recognized in the Guinness Book of Records for its achievement in the United States, and its members have grown into a symbol of the restoration of the concept of boy bands. A brilliant start was the answer to Stiles’ brilliant solo profession. Today his singles succeed at the top of the charts in many countries.
Childhood and youth
Harry Styles was born in the English city of Redditch. The birthday of the ultimate star of the scene came on the zodiac sign Aquarius. The boy grew up the youngest of two children with Des Styles and Ann Cox. Harry’s older sister’s name is Gemma. The parents divorced when their son was 7 years old. In 2010, Harry Styles went to the casting of one of the world’s most famous vocal television programs, The X Factor. The musician completed 2 songs: “Isn’t She Beautiful” by Stevie Wonder and “Stop Crying Your Heart Out” by Oasis. It was the 7th season of the TV show, and the requirements for participants had already become heightened.
Harry did not persuade the authorities that he might be attractive as a solo artist but Nicole Scherzinger requested the young man to team up with four other musicians – Liam Payne, Louis Tomlinson, Niall Horan, and Zane Malik. So the group was created, which Harry himself named One Direction. According to the decisions of The X-factor contest, the team earned 3rd place.
The success at the popular show enabled the guys to immediately confirm a contract with the record company Syco Records, which refers to Simon Cowell, their leader on the “X-Factor” project. Collection Four was delivered at the end of 2014 and again earned 1st place on the Billboard 200 charts. In support of the album, a world tour called On the Road Again Tour was organized, which stretched out almost all of 2015.
Before long, Stiles was starting to think about leaving as well. The last work of the group, in which Harry participated, is the record Made in the A. M. It was released in November 2015. A week after the start of sales, the disc reached 1st place in UK gross.
In 2016, the soloist canceled the contract with the producer. The reason for this was Harry’s dislike for other participants in the project.
