Laura Elizabeth Dern (conceived February 10, 1967) is an entertainer from the US. She has won different honors, including an Academy Award, a Primetime Emmy Award, a BAFTA Award, and five Golden Globes. Dern, the little girl of entertainer Bruce Dern and entertainer Diane Ladd, started her acting vocation during the 1980s. She rose to acknowledgment for her roles in Mask (1985), Blue Velvet (1986), and Wild at Heart (1990). Her presentation as the nominal orphan in the show film Rambling Rose (1991) procured her first memorable Academy Award selection. She acquired a worldwide reputation for her appearance as Ellie Sattler in Steven Spielberg’s adventure picture Jurassic Park (1993).
