Henry Golding (born February 5, 1987, in Betong, Sarawak, Malaysia) is an Anglo-Malaysian actor, model, and TV presenter. For a long time, he entertained a travel show on the BBC, later increasing popularity thanks to his role in the film Crazy Rich Asians, the deliverance of which made a splash in the world.

At the age of eight, he moved with his parents to the UK. After leaving school, he worked as a hairdresser in one of the salons in London. In 2008 he returned to Kuala Lumpur to pursue a career in television. Soon he became a TV presenter of tourist and sports shows. Now he lives in Malaysia and Singapore.

Henry Golding was born in Sarawak, Malaysia. His mother is of Iranian roots, and his father is English. When Henry was 8 years old, his family moved to Surrey, where he began attending The Warwick School. Personal life

Since August 2016, Henry Golding has been married to Liv Lo (TV presenter and yoga instructor). They met in 2011. Before the wedding, the actor performed a special rite of passage into a new life, traveling through the jungle of Borneo. Golding and Law had a baby on March 31, 2021.

Curiously, the role of Henry’s character, the Eye of the Snake, in the previous films of the franchise was played by Ray Park, who does not have a single drop of Asian blood.
